Payment Terms

For orders amounting to Php2,000 and below, we require full payment upon order.

For orders Php2,001 to Php9,999, a 50% down payment is required.

For orders Php10,000 and above, a 70% down payment is required.
The remaining balance must be settled prior to delivery. For check deposits, payment must be settled 2–3 days before delivery to allow for clearing.
Accepted Payment Methods

Local Orders: BPI, GCash, Maya, and Credit Card via Maya Checkout (subject to a 5% processing fee)

International Orders: PayPal (subject to a 5% processing fee) and Wise
Order Customizations
We are not liable for errors in the final product caused by:

Misspellings (by customers)
-
Low-resolution graphics
-
Incorrect bleeds or crop marks

Extra backgrounds
We do not modify files submitted by customers unless requested. Additional charges may apply for editing requests (e.g., background removal, photo enhancement, etc.).
All files must be provided in CMYK format to ensure accurate print colors. We are not responsible for color shifts that may occur when converting from RGB to CMYK.
Production Time
Production time depends on order quantity and the complexity of the job.
For same-day delivery, the cut-off is 1:00 PM. Orders placed after 1:01 PM will be processed the next business day.
Production begins only after payment or down payment is settled.
Cancellation/Return/Refund
Once the order form has been submitted, cancellation is no longer allowed. Please double-check all details, especially for customized orders.
For refund claims due to incomplete orders, a video of the unboxing is required. This helps us prevent fraudulent claims. No video, no refund.
Since all products are customized, we do not accept returns. However, if an item has a printing error (e.g., double printing, upside-down prints, or missing parts), it may qualify for a refund or reprint.
Please note: Slight misalignments or minor marks are not eligible for refund/replacement due to the manual nature of our printing process.
Delivery
We are not liable for delays or issues that occur during shipment, as these are outside our control. Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, their delivery timeline and responsibility begin.
Shipping fees are to be shouldered by the customer unless otherwise stated.
