They’re the brains and hands behind the prints, the ones who turn wild ideas into merch that actually slaps. From the first “hi po” to the final “order received,” the team’s all in — designing, editing, printing, and making sure everything is as loud and lovely as it should be.

Raia
Founder & Managing Director
Raia is the creative force and organized chaos behind Screaming Color. As Managing Director, she brings big energy, sharp instincts, and a whole lot of heart into everything the team does. What started as a passion for design and custom printing quickly turned into a mission: help people bring their boldest ideas to life.
From overseeing production to finessing final designs (and occasionally hand-delivering rush orders), Raia makes sure every detail hits just right. She’s the kind of leader who’s just as excited about a client’s quirky sticker request as she is about a full-on merch drop.
Ten
Operations & Production Manager
Ten is the calm in the chaos — the one who makes sure everything (and everyone) is running like a well-oiled, neon-colored machine. As Operations and Production Manager, she’s the behind-the-scenes hero keeping print jobs on track, timelines tight, and quality consistently on point.
Whether it’s juggling back-to-back orders, fixing a last-minute file issue, or making sure the heat press doesn’t explode (again), Ten handles it all with quiet confidence and a spreadsheet always open. She’s the go-to person for making the impossible happen — with zero drama, just results.
Pia
Layout Editor
Pia is the queen of clean lines and perfect spacing. As Screaming Color’s Layout Editor, she’s the one making sure your designs look flawless before they hit the press. From fixing off-center logos to turning last-minute rush jobs into polished prints, Pia’s got the magic touch (and the sharp eyes) every team dreams of.
She’s all about the details — the kind you probably won’t notice, but would 100% miss if they weren’t there. When a file comes in looking… chaotic? Pia’s already on it, smoothing things out and making it shine.
Daryl
Customer Care & Orders Manager
Daryl is the first person you’ll probably talk to when you message Screaming Color — and trust us, you’re in good hands. He’s the one replying to your DMs, confirming your custom orders, answering questions, and making sure no message goes unseen (or left on read).
Whether you’re asking about sizes, colors, or how to send your design file, Daryl’s already typing. He keeps things running smoothly behind the screen — from first “hi po” to final “noted with thanks!”
Jervis
Social Media & Community Manager
Jervis is the voice and vibe of Screaming Color online — the one making sure the feed stays fresh, the captions hit just right, and the community always feels seen (and slightly obsessed). As our Social Media & Community Manager, he’s behind the posts, the promos, and the perfectly-timed memes.
From planning content to hyping up new drops, Jervis makes sure Screaming Color stands out in every scroll. He also keeps the convo going with our community — replying to comments, reacting to tags, and making sure you feel like part of the crew.
Anne
Order Management Associate
Anne is the calm behind the chaos — the one making sure every order is received, processed, and handled with care. As our Order Management Associate, she’s the bridge between clicks, DMs, and real-life packages, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
From confirming orders to coordinating details behind the scenes, Anne keeps everything running smoothly so your Screaming Color goodies get to you just right. She’s detail-driven, organized, and always on it — because every order deserves the same level of love.
